Order Confirmation

  • When an order is placed through the BDR website, you will receive an email thanking you for your order and confirming that your order has been received and accepted by BDR.
  • The contract between you and BDR will only be formed upon reception of the confirmation e-mail and it is therefore imperative that you provide a valid e-mail.
  • Please ensure that you provide an accurate name, address, telephone number and special instruction to ensure that your order arrive to the correct location.


  • Although delivery is free, delivery orders require a minimum $25 before coupon, tip and taxes.
  • Delivery hours are between 10 AM and 10 PM Monday to Sunday.
  • If there is no response at the door or by phone within 5 minutes of our delivery drivers physically reaching your address, we reserve the right to leave the premises, and you will be charged for the entirety of the order.
  • BDR’s intention is to provide the best delivery service possible. Unfortunately, certain factors such as traffic conditions and weather may occasionally prevent us from this target. BDR is committed to ensure that your order is delivered by the time specified in the confirmation e-mail and noted on the webpage. The timing of your order is determined by taking into account the number of orders and the circumstances being faced by BDR at that time.


  • All delivery orders are subject to GST & QST.
  • Payment methods acceptable upon order delivery include cash, all major credit cards and PayPal.

Cancellation & Refund

  • All delivery orders set for a future time can be cancelled up to a minimum of 1 hour of the requested delivery time and will be refunded in full.
  • Although ASAP delivery orders can be cancelled, they will not be refunded and must be paid in full.


  • All discount codes are subject to change at BDR’s discretion and are limited to 1 per address.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined.
  • All promotional code validity dates are specified on the BDR website, coupon or delivery pamphlet; please refer to the summary terms on this marketing material for exact and/or further information specific to that promotion and its promotional period.

Customer Satisfaction

  • All issues pertaining to delivery orders, including but not limited to food quality/temperature, excessive delivery wait time or missing items/utensils will be investigated and addressed on a per-case basis to determine the appropriate resolution.
